Ab Blast (LBT)
30 Mins
This is a class that targets your legs, glutes and abs to help you get stronger and tone the muscles in these areas. This can be done with or without weights to cater for any fitness levels

Bootcamp
45 Mins
This is a 45 minute workout using any equipment usually in the format of a circuit with multiple stations. But this can vary depending on the instructor. In the summer months, this can sometimes be taken outside to make the most of the British weather!

Bounce
45 Mins
A bounce class is incorporating exercise with a trampoline! This class is all about having fun whilst getting a great workout in.

Boxing
45 Mins
A boxing class which could be taught in the style of a circuit, tabata or a high intensity method! We have a limited amount of gloves to use, but feel free to bring your own!

Glow With Jo
45 Mins
Glow with Jo is a fun dance class with the use of glow sticks! Creating a brilliant atmosphere for a fun exercise class!

Kettlebells
30 Mins
Kettlebells is a full body workout using one or two kettlebells depending on exercises. This class combines a variety of swings, pull and pushing motions, targeting endurance, strength and balance.

Level Up Challenge
45 Mins
The Level Up challenge is here in aim to keep you focused on your goals to give you more motivation to come to the gym and making progress. The sessions are not named as it could be anything varying from Boxing, HIIT, Circuit, Strength Class, Kettlebells or many more!

MetaFit
20 Mins
This is a type of HIIT class which focuses on core and bodyweight exercises.

Pump
45 Mins
A full body workout, consisting of the use of dumbbells, barbells or sometimes even body weight. Think its easy? Add that extra weight to push yourself further!

Resistance Bands
30 Mins
This is a class that targets your legs, glutes and abs to help you get stronger and tone the muscles in these areas. This can be done with or without a resistance band to cater for any fitness levels

Small Group Gym Session
45 Mins
This is a class where the instructor takes a small group of people on a small workout around the gym so that people get to learn how to use various pieces of equipment and machines

Spin
45 Mins
Spin is an indoor cycling class focusing on strength, speed and endurance. This includes sprints, endurance and hill climbs.

Spin Mash Up
45 Mins
Spin Mash Up combines a spin class and circuit training. This splits the class in half giving you the maximum benefit of a full body workout.

StrongFit
45 Mins
A form of high intensity interval training, StrongFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level.

Yoga
45 Mins
Yoga is taught by Kevin, an instructor who is very experienced and has been teaching and practising for over 20 years. Great for an all over body workout, stretch and improving flexibility.

Zumba
45 Mins
Is an interval-style dance fitness party that combine low-intensity and high-intensity moves. You will burn calories as you move to the rhythm of the music. The best part about it all is that it doesn’t even feel like exercise.
